The studio is 130 sqm. Actual green part is
7 meters wide x 3.2 meters high x 5 meters deep.

The studio is located at the 3rd floor of Glisaz in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

INCLUSIONS

01. Green screen studio rental package is for 8 HOURS. Earliest start is 7am.

02. Lights

03. One (1) Panasonic 48" monitor

04. 2 crew/assistants — 1 at the studio and 1 at the ground floor (maximum 8 hours per day)

05. Free use of 2 tables and 10 chairs.

06. Airconditioned studio. Dressing room and toilet.

07. Electricity for 8 hours

08. Up to 4 parking slots.

09. 2 Fiber Internet connection options —

up to 350 mbps Globe and up to 10mbps PLDT.

ADD ONS

> We will charge Php 2,500 per hour in excess of 8 hours (which already includes equipment and crew).

> We can give up to 30% discount on lights, grips, camera and audio on rentals in excess of the inclusions in our package. We also have Inky 300 up to 12k HMI lights, dolly tracks, cameras (P2 and DVX), teleprompter etc.

> 4 parking slots are included in the package.

Additional parking can be arranged with a minimal fee.

If you're doing a live stream, we recommend our large Rosh studio with 2 Fiber internet connections and AGGREGATE BONDING technology, for faster speeds and better reliability.

ROSH MEDIA STUDIO — ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

> If the client will have an OB Van, tent, or similar setup outside the premises, the client is responsible for securing the necessary permit or clearance from Barangay San Roque.

> The client is responsible for disposing of their garbage and must bring their own trash bags.

> If you have special requests, please contact us so we can give you an accurate quotation.

01. Any permits or clearances required for the client's production, activities, equipment, or setup shall be processed and paid for by the client.

02. Electricity is included in the package. If the client's production requires a larger electrical load, a generator set may be required. Generator fuel will be charged at an additional ₱700 per hour.

03. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises, including the studio, dressing room, hallways, and sidewalk.

04. Liquor and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise specifically authorized by management.

05. Persons under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs are prohibited from entering or remaining on the premises.

06. Fireworks, explosive devices, and other similar fire hazards are strictly prohibited.

07. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to comply with these guidelines or engages in illegal conduct on the premises.

08. The client shall be responsible for the cost of any damage to or loss of studio property, equipment, or facilities caused by the client, their team, guests, suppliers, or other persons associated with their booking.

09. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice on this website. Please contact us directly so we can provide you with a quotation reflecting the latest rates, terms, and conditions.

10. The facility is primarily a green screen studio and is not an audio recording studio. We cannot guarantee that the studio is completely soundproof.

11. Cooking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises.

12. There is no water dispenser available on the premises. Clients and their teams are advised to bring their own drinking water.

13. Clients are responsible for properly disposing of their garbage and should bring their own trash bags when necessary.

Styrofoam food containers are not allowed in the studio. We encourage everyone to help minimize waste and protect the environment.

14. If COVID-19 rapid testing or other health-related requirements are necessary for the client's team and/or technical team, the corresponding testing costs shall be provided and paid for by the client.

15. All applicable quarantine, health, safety, and other regulations imposed by the government must be observed at all times.

16. Internet access may be provided for live streaming. However, in the rare event that the internet connection fails due to service maintenance or an issue caused by the network provider, the studio can only report the issue to the internet service provider and cannot guarantee immediate restoration of the connection.
