The AJA Ki Pro Quad is the central media capture and storage device in 4K production , taking camera feed and storing it in ready-to-edit 4K ProRes files. At the same time, the AJA Ki Pro Quad is capable of displaying images on 4K monitors and transferring RAW data directly to a computer or Thunderbolt storage system. The 4K format is quite demanding on the resources of the computer system. By saving footage in smaller files , but with high image quality , AJA Ki Pro Quad makes the transition to 4K easier.
